National Book/Reading Club Incubation
The National Book/Reading Club is envisioned as a link and a bigger network platform where all book/reading clubs in our network will be able to access information, capacity, resources, collaborations, markets as well as support. This will be a virtual/online platform which will be administered and managed by Kwetso Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd.
This platform will also enable debates, dialogues, and robust social discussions on a vast scale, tackling issues affecting communities and the country. Values such as social cohesion, patriotism and national building can be realized through this platform, leading to solutions, awareness and affirmative change.
Activities envisaged for this platform:
- Networking, Information Access and Sharing
- Marketing and Promotion Platform for authors, including emerging authors’ work.
- Online Masterclasses/Workshops for capacity building.
- Advertise Book Fairs/ Exhibitions, Funding and other related Opportunities.
- Debates, Discussions, Dialogues
- Book Reviews
- Adopt an emerging writer to mentor campaign
